How should I clean and maintain my 101 Copenhagen ceramics?
Our ceramics are often hand-glazed and not waterproof unless specified. We recommend cleaning with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals to preserve the unique surface textures.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Are the vases waterproof?
Many of our vases are designed as sculptural objects and may not be 100% waterproof. We recommend using a glass insert or a plastic bag inside if you wish to display fresh flowers with water.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we take great care in packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging for a replacement.
